When Gonzalo, one of the two brothers behind this project, bought the land where Buenos Vientos stands today in 2012, building a country house and restaurant was far from anyone's mind.

On two hectares where a single tree stood beside an old ruin, the only goal was a weekend house to enjoy with family and friends.

Over time, trees were planted, the land was cleared and the house and grounds were built. Around 2020 came the idea of turning that place of leisure into what it is today, a country house and restaurant open to anyone who wants to experience, with more and better comforts and services, what family and friends enjoyed before.

The project kept taking shape until 2023, when Javier, the second brother, returned with his family after 14 years in Buenos Aires to give it the final push.

2026 is the year Buenos Vientos takes its final shape and opens its doors: an exclusive, personal place of intimate scale and careful design.
